As your body adjusts to taking Didrex, you might have some of the following side effects in the first few days. You can keep taking Didrex unless these side effects increase:
- palpitations or fast heartbeat
- high blood pressure
- restlessness
- dizziness
- insomnia
- tremor
- headache
- sweating
- dry mouth or unpleasant taste
- nausea or diarrhea
- itching of the skin
- changes in sex drive
If you have any symptoms that last longer than a few days or are different from those above, call your doctor. Sometimes, adjusting the dosage is enough to make side effects taper off or go away completely.
